WE FREED OURSELVES FROM
THE 40+ HOUR WORK-WEEK GRIND.

I'm PA, and my wife Is an NP.

NOW IT'S YOUR TURN!

Our Story and Why I Do This.

Like most clinicians, my wife (an NP) and I started out doing everything “right.”

We worked hard.
We saved aggressively.
We followed traditional financial advice.

And yet, the more money we made, the more stuck our money felt.

Everything was tied up in retirement accounts and long timelines.

Freedom always seemed 20–30 years away.

That never sat right with me.

I didn’t want to wait until my 60s to have options.

Once I learned how to structure money differently, everything clicked.

Instead of focusing only on:
saving more
working more
waiting longer

I started asking better questions:

  • How do I increase income without increasing hours?
  • How do I build income that isn’t tied to my job?
  • How do I create flexibility now, not just later?

That shift changed our entire path.

What Changed Everything

Within a few years, we:

  • Reached COAST FI in our early 30s
  • Invested in stocks, real estate, and alternative investments
  • Created $15k in monthly passive income
  • Reduced our W2 hours to part-time

More importantly, we gained more time & options in life.

Our Current PortfoliO:

  • Index Funds
  • Duplex
  • 52-unit Apartment
  • Land Syndication
  • Luxury Short Term Rentals
  • Rural Short Term Rentals
  • Microlending Fund
  • Private Money Lending
  • Private Debt Fund
  • Private Real Estate Fund

Together, they bring in about $15K+/month.

We spend about $10K/month.

So technically, we’re financially free ... in our 30s!

But we still work—because we enjoy it.

We work part-time, spend more time with family, and travel and spend without worry.
